Upon arrival at NJP Rly Stn./ IXB Airport, meet our representative or driver. Our journey begins from NJP Rly St./IXB Airport to Gangtok. On reaching Gangtok, check in to the hotel and rest of the day free at leisure. Have your Dinner and overnight stay at Gangtok.
In the morning, we will continue our journey for a half-day trip to Tsomgo lake, which is only 32 kilometers from Gangtok city, The lake is about 1 kilometre long and 15 meters deep. Lachen-Lachen is a town in the Mangan District of Sikkim, India. It is located at an elevation of 2,550 metres. The name Lachen means "big pass". The town is being promoted as a tourist destination by the Sikkimese government. The town forms the base of the Chopta Valley and Gurudongmar Lake. An annual yak race, the Thangu, is held here in summer.
