Nubra- Nubra, also called Dumra, is a historical region of Ladakh. It is inhabited areas from a tri-armed valley cut by the Nubra and Shyok rivers. Its Tibetan name Dumra means "valley of flowers". Demands have been raised and BJP has hinted at the creation of Nubra as a new district. Diskit, the headquarters of Nubra, is 120 km north of Leh, the capital of Ladakh. Visit the 150-year-old Samasthanling Gompa at Bumur/ Khagar. It is a big complex of 7 temples including the Ricpoches room. Walk half an hour from the gompa to Tegar village where there is another small gompa. Walk through the village and explore the surroundings. Also, a small lake lies there. Later get back to Leh after driving 1723 km

Pangong. En route visit Changla Pass. On arrival check in to the hotel and freshen up. The rest of the day is free for leisure. Night halt at Pangong.
Pangong- Pangong Tso or Pangong Lake is a drained lake spanning eastern Ladakh and West Tibet. It is divided into five sub-lakes, called Pangong Tso, Tso Nyak, Rum Tso (twin lakes) and Nyak Tso. Approximately 50% of the length of the overall lake lies within Tibet in China and 40% in Ladakh.
