Sonmarg—Sonamarg or Sonmarg, known as Sonamarag in Kashmiri, is a hill station located in the Ganderbal District of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is located about 62 Kilometers from Ganderbal Town and 80 kilometres (50 mi) northeast of the capital city, Srinagar.

Gulmarg: Gulmarg is known as Gulmarag,'meadow of flowers' in Kashmiri. It is a town, a hill station, and a popular skiing destination. It is located at a distance of 58 km from Srinagar. The town is situated in the Pir Panjal Range in the Western Himalayas and lies within the boundaries of Gulmarg Wildlife Sanctuary.

Start your journey after breakfast and visit Shankracharya Temple in Srinagar. Do local sightseeing and visit Mughal Gardens like Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Garden, Chashma Shahi and Pari Mahal. In the evening, enjoy the Shikara ride on the famous Dal Lake at least for 1 hour and transfer to a houseboat on the lake. Overnight stay there.

Srinagar: Srinagar is the largest city and the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir. It lies on the banks of the Jhelum River, a tributary of the Indus, and the Dal and Anchar lakes. The city is known for traditional Kashmiri handicrafts like the Kashmir shawl (made of pashmina and cashmere wool), and also dry fruits.

Next morning, check out from the houseboat in the lake at Srinagar after breakfast and drive for 100 kilometres approximately, which would take up to 3 hours to reach Pahalgam from Srinagar. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and freshen up. Later visit Chandanwari, Aru Valley and Betaab Valley sightseeing at your own expense. Get back to the hotel have your dinner and overnight stay at Pahalgam. 

Pahalgam: Pahalgam is a town near Anantnag city in the Anantnag district of the Indian-administered union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. It is a popular tourist destination and hill station. Its lush green meadows and pristine waters attract thousands of tourists from all over the world each year. Pahalgam is associated with the annual pilgrimage to the shrine Amarnath Yatra. Chandanwari is located 16 kilometres from Pahalgam.

In the morning, check out of the hotel in Pahalgam and start your drive to reach Jammu via Nashri Tunnel (Asia’s no. 1 tunnel). Upon arrival at Jammu, our executive will drop you at the Jammu Railway Station or at your preferred hotel.
