Meraki Star Group Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Meraki Star Group. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Meraki Star Group offers a range of technical services including design, renovation, gypsum wall and ceiling installation, glass and aluminum works, fit-out and carpentry work, and marble tiles installation. The scope of each service will be outlined in the contract or agreement specific to your project.

3. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations are based on the initial assessment of the project. Prices are subject to change based on project specifications, material costs, and any additional work requested after the initial agreement. A detailed quote will be provided before commencing work, and any changes will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before the start of the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or as outlined in the payment schedule provided. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other methods as agreed upon. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Project Timelines

Timelines for project completion are estimated and subject to change based on various factors including, but not limited to, material availability, weather conditions, and unforeseen issues. We will make every effort to adhere to the agreed timeline and keep you informed of any delays.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear instructions and approvals as required. Access to the site must be provided in a timely manner, and any changes to the project scope should be communicated promptly. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We offer warranties on our workmanship and materials as specified in your contract. These warranties cover defects arising from our work but do not cover issues resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, or alterations made by other parties.

8. Liability

Meraki Star Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered. We are not responsible for damage to property not directly related to the project.

9. Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. If the client cancels the project, any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed, and any non-refundable expenses incurred will be charged. Meraki Star Group reserves the right to terminate the contract if the client fails to meet payment obligations or breaches terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through arbitration in accordance with local laws and regulations.

11. Changes to Terms

Meraki Star Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any legal proceedings related to these terms shall be conducted in the courts of Dubai.
