At SimpliSync, we are committed to providing top-notch CRM services for educational institutions. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy as follows:

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for new subscriptions within the first 30 days of service. If you are not satisfied within this period, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.
  • Partial Refunds: If you have used our services for more than 30 days but less than 90 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a review of your usage and the services rendered.
  • No Refunds: After 90 days of service, no refunds will be provided. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and to account for the resources and support provided during the service period.
  • Request Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@simplisync.com with your account details and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
Cancellation Policy

We understand that your needs may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Subscription Cancellation: Refunds are available for new subscriptions within the first 30 days of service. If you are not satisfied within this period, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.
  • Immediate Cancellation: If you wish to cancel immediately and stop using the service, please notify our support team. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription if you cancel mid-cycle.
  • Termination of Service: Upon cancellation, your access to the SimpliSync CRM services will be terminated at the end of your current billing cycle, and your account data will be retained for 30 days. You may request data export during this period. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
  • Reactivation: If you decide to reactivate your subscription, you may do so by logging into your account and selecting the reactivation option. Please note that reactivation will be subject to current pricing and terms.
