UCEED- Qualification Criteria – Candidate should have passed all subjects in the qualifying examination [class 12th or equivalent] in 2022 or should be appearing for the qualifying examination for the first time in 2023. Admissions to B.des programmes at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad & IITDM Jabalpur are done through the UCEED. Candidates from the science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects are eligible to apply all the five participating institutes (IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad and IITDM Jabalpur). AGE – Candidate should have been born on or after October 1, 1998 if belonging to the OPEN/EWS/OBC – NCL category and on or after October 1,1993 if belonging to the SC/ST or PWD Category CEED - Qualification Criteria – Graduation degree (10+2+3), a graduate who has completed a 3 year degree (10+2+3) course. NATA Qualification Criteria – Candidate must have passed 10 + 2 with PCM or equivalent , examination or 10 + 3 diploma with Maths compulsory subject. Candidates must have obtained passing marks. AGE LIMIT – Minimum 17 yrs of age as July 31, 2023. JEE Paper 2 - Eligibility Criteria – Candidates who have passed their Class 12th Examination or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2021, 2022 or those who are appearing for their class 12th Examination or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2023 are eligible to appear in JEE Paper 2 Examination.
Eligibility Criteria and Educational criteria - The students must have passed the 10+2 exam from a recognised board. The upper age limit of the candidates should be less than 24 years old as on 1st August 2023. The reserved category candidates (SC/ ST/ PWD) will get five years of upper age relaxation.
Age eligibility criteria – For general & general EWS category born on or after 1July 2002, are eligible to apply for admission. For SC/ST candidates born on or after 1 July 1999, are eligible. For Indian Nationals in PWD reserved category – Only those candidates born on or after 1 July 1997 are eligible. For foreign nationals in overseas – born on or after1 July 2002 are eligible. Educational Qualification – Candidates who have passed or appear for (10 + 2) qualifying examinations in the academic year 21 – 22 in any stream [Science, Arts ,Commerce , Humanities etc.] from any recognized board of education such as CBSE,IB, ICSE or equivalent ,NIOS. For NRI candidates – GCE[General Certificate Examination] at the Advanced {A}] level taken in London , Cambridge or Sri Lanka . AICTE approved three year full time Diploma after 10th offered by a board of technical education of any state in India. IMPORTANT NOTE Candidates who have not passed their final board exam or equivalent before the document in –person counselling will not be eligible for admission. Read less
