By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.


1. Services Overview

Technet Solution offers a range of IT services, including:

  • Refurbished Laptops: All refurbished laptops are pre-owned and restored to a fully functional condition by our certified technicians.
  • Assembled Desktop: We assemble custom desktops as per customer specifications using high-quality components.
  • Laptop and Desktop Repair: We provide repair services for hardware and software issues.
  • Networking: We offer installation, configuration, and maintenance of wired and wireless networks.
  • Server Maintenance: Comprehensive server maintenance services to ensure smooth operation.
  • Windows Formatting: Complete formatting and installation of the Windows operating system with necessary data backup.
  • Data Recovery: Professional data recovery services from damaged or corrupted storage devices.

2. Product and Service Warranties

  • Refurbished Laptops: We offer a limited warranty on all refurbished laptops, which covers hardware defects and malfunctions. The warranty does not cover physical damage or software issues caused by user actions. Warranty details will be provided at the time of purchase.

  • Repairs and Services: All repairs and services come with a limited-time warranty. We guarantee that our repairs will last for the specified warranty period. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will resolve it at no additional cost.


3. Refunds and Returns

  • Refurbished Laptops: If a refurbished laptop is found to be defective within 7 days of purchase, you may request a return or exchange. After this period, returns will not be accepted unless the issue falls under warranty.

  • Assembled Desktops and Repairs: All assembled desktops and repairs are non-refundable. However, in cases where a repair or assembly is incomplete or faulty, we will fix the issue at no extra cost within the warranty period.


4. Liability Disclaimer

  • Service Limitations: While we strive to provide the highest quality services, Technet Solution is not responsible for:

    • Any data loss that occurs during data recovery or Windows formatting services. We highly recommend regular backups.
    • Network outages or disruptions beyond our control during networking services.
    • Server downtime or data loss during server maintenance due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Data Recovery: While we aim to recover as much data as possible, there are cases where full data recovery may not be achievable. We will make you aware of this during the recovery process.


5. User Responsibility

  • Refurbished Laptops: Customers are responsible for handling their refurbished laptops with care. Any damage caused by user actions after purchase is not covered by the warranty.

  • Repair Services: After a repair, it is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the device in proper working condition. We recommend avoiding tampering with repaired components or software post-service.


6. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices for our products and services, including refurbished laptops, assembled desktops, repair services, and others, are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing will be confirmed at the time of your purchase or service order.

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment options. Full payment is required at the time of service or product delivery unless otherwise specified.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Orders for assembled desktops or service appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. For ongoing services such as server maintenance or networking, cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible.

  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a service fee.


8. Intellectual Property

All content provided on our website and within our services, including logos, text, images, and design, is the intellectual property of Technet Solution. Any unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.
