At Kripalu Mahila Mahavidyalaya, we foster student leadership and development through a decentralised approach, where various cells and committees play an essential role in the smooth functioning of academic, cultural, and administrative activities. Through their active involvement, students not only enhance their skills but also help create a vibrant and dynamic college experience for all.
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) ensures quality culture as the prime concern for the Higher Education Institutions through institutionalizing and internalizing all the initiatives taken with internal and external support.
The Academic Council is the principal academic body of the college, responsible for ensuring academic excellence through strategic planning, regulation, evaluation, and recommendations related to curricula, admissions, student activities, and other academic matters.
The Examination Committee is responsible for ensuring the smooth, transparent, and regulationcompliant conduct of all examination-related activities. It functions under the Academic Council, with its decisions and policies subject to review and approval to ensure alignment with the institution’s academic standards
The Attendance Committee monitors and reviews student attendance, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines and promoting regular attendance. It functions under the Academic Council, which reviews and approves its policies to align with academic standards.
The Research & Development Cell nurtures a vibrant culture of research and innovation, inspiring both faculty and students to explore new ideas, think creatively, and advance their scholarly pursuits.
The Incubation & Entrepreneurship Cell (IEC) drives innovation and entrepreneurship by providing a supportive platform for idea development, expert mentorship, skill-building programs, and access to essential resources for aspiring innovators and start-ups.
The Publication & Media Council oversees official communications and publications, highlighting the institution’s academic and cultural initiatives across print and digital media.
The Alumni Association at Kripalu Mahila Mahavidyalaya maintains strong connections, strengthens alumni relations, and supports the growth and development of current students through an active and supportive network.
The Placement Cell guides the students in career planning, works to enhance their employability, and facilitates training, internships, and placement opportunities through structured engagement with industry
The Campus Development & Resource Management Committee (CDRMC) oversees the strategic planning, growth, and maintenance of campus infrastructure to support a sustainable and future-ready learning environment.
The Social Responsibility and Sustainability Committee advances institutional values, environmental sustainability, and social responsibility in line with NAAC Criterion 7 through green initiatives, outreach programs, and inclusive practices.
The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) at Kripalu Mahila Mahavidyalaya ensures fair, transparent, and timely resolution of grievances, while promoting a safe and inclusive campus environment.
The Anti-Ragging Committee maintains a ragging-free campus through prevention, prompt action, and awareness, ensuring student safety and compliance with University Grants Commission regulations.
Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) under the PoSH Act, 2013, prevents sexual harassment and ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment through awareness, redressal, and compliance measures.
