Once a shipment is booked and processed, it cannot be canceled.
If the shipment has not yet been processed, you may request cancellation by contacting our customer support team. Approval of cancellation requests is at the sole discretion of Swastik Courier.
Any cancellation requests must be made within [X] hours of booking.

Non-Refundable Services:Once a shipment is booked and processed, no refunds will be issued.
Service Failure: If Swastik Courier fails to deliver the shipment due to reasons within our control, a partial or full refund may be considered upon verification.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:In case of loss or damage during transit, compensation (if applicable) will be provided as per our Liability & Claims Policy.
Delayed Deliveries:We do not offer refunds for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed within [X] business days to the original payment method.
The refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the recipient is unavailable or the address provided is incorrect, the shipment may be returned to the sender or held for re-delivery. Additional charges may apply in such cases.
No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
