Prohibited items such as hazardous materials, illegal substances, and perishable goods are not accepted. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure proper packaging and accurate labeling to avoid delays or damage. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Customers can track shipments online, and updates will be provided through our system or customer support.
Swastik Courier is not liable for damages caused by improper packaging, natural disasters, or external factors. Customers are encouraged to opt for insurance for high-value shipments. Shipping charges are based on weight, dimensions, and destination, and payments must be made before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. Once a shipment is sent, it cannot be canceled, and refunds are only applicable in cases of service failure. Any incorrect shipment details provided by the sender may result in additional charges. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, and disputes will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings. Swastik Courier is committed to providing a seamless shipping experience with reliable and timely deliveries. However, delays may occur due to factors like weather conditions, customs clearance, or operational challenges. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Customers are encouraged to use our tracking system to stay updated on their shipment status. In case of any issues, our support team is available to assist and resolve concerns as efficiently as possible.

Any disputes arising from our services will be handled as per the jurisdiction where Swastik Courier operates. Swastik Courier does not accept shipments containing the following prohibited items:
Customers must ensure that shipments are properly packed using industry-standard materials. Swastik
Courier will not be responsible for damages due to improper packaging.
Using generic packaging materials, such as plain tapes or flyers, may void liability for pilferage or
tampering claims.
Claims for damages will be considered only if negative remarks are noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD)
copy. Clean POD copies will not be entertained for claims.
Disputes related to damage, pilferage, leakage, fake deliveries, or non-receipt of shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
Lost shipment compensation will be credited based on the agreement between Swastik Courier and the customer.
Shipping restricted or dangerous goods via air or surface mode without proper declaration may result in penalties. The sender will bear all liabilities arising from such shipments.
If the courier partner or authorities impose penalties due to misdeclaration of product details, the sender is responsible for the fine.
Shipments returned due to incorrect/incomplete product descriptions will incur return shipping charges.
Swastik Courier is not responsible for COD remittance in cases of snatching, fraud, or non-payment by the buyer. Sellers must resolve disputes within 24 hours.
If a COD amount has already been remitted but later identified as incorrect due to misreported delivery status, the amount will be deducted from future remittances or the sender’s wallet balance.
For the Early COD Plan, KYC verification is mandatory, and a positive wallet balance must be maintained. Deactivating the plan will stop early COD benefits for new orders.
Orders can only be canceled before they reach the “Out for Pickup” status. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Customers must contact Swastik Courier’s support team for further assistance with order modifications or cancellations.
Carrier Risk: Under this policy, Swastik Courier will only remit the amount refunded by the carrier in case of loss or damage.
Third-Party Insurance: Compensation for lost or damaged shipments under third-party insurance will be decided by Swastik Courier and the insurance provider. Processing fees and salvage deductions may apply as per policy terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the relevant jurisdiction.
