Cancellation After Ride Dispatch: If the driver is already en route to the pickup location, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated fare may apply.

4. How to Request a Refund?
If you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

7. No-Show & Driver Cancellations

If a customer does not show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the ride will be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued.

If a driver cancels a confirmed booking due to unforeseen reasons, we will either assign another driver or provide a full refund.
8. Ride Modification & Rescheduling
Instead of canceling, customers can choose to reschedule their ride:

Same-Day Rescheduling: No extra charge if rescheduled within 1 hour of the original booking time.

Next-Day Rescheduling: Minimal rescheduling fee applicable based on ride type and duration.
