Booking and Inclusions:
- All services included in your package are as specified and confirmed in your Service Vouchers.
- Any services not included in your package or additional upgrades require direct payment from you.
- Porterage, tips, room service, laundry, excess baggage charges, á la carte meals, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, paid toilets, and gratuities are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Hub City Supplements:
- Packages are designed with specific hub cities. Departures from cities other than those mentioned may require an additional supplement for travel to and from the hub city.
Currency and Price Fluctuations:
- International holiday packages are priced based on an estimated Rate of Exchange (RoE) at the time of booking.
- Changes in airline fares, visa fees, and taxes may lead to variations in the final package cost.
Single Passengers and Supplement Costs:
- Single passengers or those traveling in odd-numbered groups will require single room accommodations, which may incur an additional cost.
- If Trav2Brag is unable to find a companion for passengers in uneven numbers during fixed departures, a single room supplement may apply.
Unutilized Services and Refunds:
- No refunds will be provided for unutilized services or if passengers miss any part of the tour due to personal delays.
Itinerary Changes:
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to factors like maintenance, events, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Trav2Brag reserves the right to change departure dates or cancel departures, and is not responsible for pre-purchased tickets.
Adherence to Time and Responsibility:
- Passengers are responsible for adhering to tour timings.
- Missing any part of the tour due to personal delays will not result in a refund.
Weather and Unforeseen Causes:
- Trav2Brag is not liable for damages, loss, injuries, accidents, breakdowns, or irregularities caused by unforeseen factors such as weather, strikes, war, and more.
- Additional expenses due to delays or schedule changes by transportation providers are the responsibility of the passengers.
Hotel Policies:
- Hotel check-in and check-out times vary; generally, check-in is from 14:00 to 16:00 and check-out is from 10:00 to 12:00.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel.
- Hotel allocations may change due to trade fairs, events, or high occupancy, and Trav2Brag reserves the right to substitute hotels if needed.
Child Policies:
- Child fare is determined by the age of the child at the end of the tour.
- Child fare varies from hotel to hotel; passengers must verify child policies before booking.
Meals and Dietary Requests:
- Menus for all meals are pre-set and subject to change.
- Special meal requests should be made in writing; special meals may incur additional charges.
Transfers and Transport:
- Transfers are based on seat-in-coach (SIC) basis, where passengers may share transportation.
- Trav2Brag is not responsible for missed pick-ups due to passenger delays.
- Air conditioning may not function effectively in high altitudes or extreme weather.
Insurance and Health:
- Travel insurance is essential and should cover unforeseen events; passengers are responsible for submitting claims directly.
- Passengers must ensure proper health recommendations and medication before travel.
- Passengers with special medical conditions must inform Trav2Brag before booking.
