Shipping & Delivery Terms – From India, With Love

Your order, once confirmed, is processed with priority and packed with care. Here's how we handle shipping:

For Domestic Orders (within India):

  • Dispatch within 2–4 business days

  • Delivery typically in 5–7 working days

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned during checkout

For International Orders:

  • Dispatch within 4–6 business days

  • Delivery time depends on the country and customs clearance

  • We partner with reliable global couriers like DHL, FedEx, etc.

Note: Delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations are beyond our control, but we’ll keep you updated throughout.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Fair & Flexible

We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. That’s why we’ve kept our return and refund policy customer-friendly.

Return Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Items like personal hygiene products, food, or perishable items may not be eligible unless damaged/expired

Refund Process:

  • For COD orders, refund is processed via bank transfer

Order Cancellation:

  • Post-dispatch cancellations are not allowed, except in special cases (call us, we’re humans too)
